I really need this spell. I looked in the forums but didnt find anyone asking or knowing where to find it.
Anyone know where I can find this elite spell? Thanks

There's a post on a different forum that contains all the known elite skill locations... (guild-hall.com I think). I can't access it at work through the firewall or else I'd post the link (gwonline isn't blocked). The post lists SoJ available on a boss up in Mineral Springs.
Mineral springs is a zone NE of Granite Citadel. I'm almost finished with the PVE missions, but as of last night I still had not traveled to the Granite Citadel. So I loaded up a group of Henchies and set off from the Copperhammer mines.
It was not an easy journey, but not impossible. After Granite Citadel you have to travel NE again. I made it through Tasca's Demise to Mineral Springs with a few Henchy deaths - but nothing too awful. Then I got wiped twice at the entry to Mineral Springs. It was late at that point so I called it a night. I'll be trying again tonight. If anyone can post WHERE in mineral springs this boss hangs out I'd be very grateful.

I'm not anywhere near close enough to this place to try it yet. but this thread will still prove quite useful it eventually shows us where in MS it is specifically.

-=== Spoiler ===-
I got SoJ last night from Mineral Springs.
I started a group in the Granite Citadel with a Ranger and an Elementalist and filled the rest with henchman. The first part of the journey through Tasca's Demise went smoothly. At one point Claude the idiot Necro Henchman pulled two groups on us, but with three monks and some good damage from the live Elementalist and Ranger we pulled through without any deaths.
After arriving at Mineral springs we cleared the opening grouping without any major issues. That same group had wiped me and a group of henchman out the other night, but live players make a big difference. We made our way east staying on the main road and taking out each group one at time. The road snakes around the northern part of the zone, and we didn't see any bosses for quite a while.
At about the midpoint in the zone we found the first boss, a ranger. He didn't have any skills that the live Ranger on our team didn't already have. A little further down the road we came across a bridge and on the far side I saw my blue boss friend. With two other monk henchies in the group it wasn't too hard for me to target him during the fight and use my capture signet to get Shield of Judgement.
We kept moving east and had a great night. It's definately worth exploring Mineral springs beyond just the skill aquisition. There are some cool things that I haven't seen in other zones. From the Granite Citadel to mapping back into Lion's Arch it probably took about 90 minutes.
Bosses we saw: Warrior, Ranger, Mesmer, Elementalist X 2, and a Monk.

It's a bit tough to get to the area because of the sheer number of annoying mobs in the way, but with other players in the group, it shouldn't be tough. The boss with Shield of Judgment is Myd Springclaw. He has a chance of spawning in one of five different boss spots in Mineral Springs. Xennon made great maps of the different areas where the bosses spawn so check out the link if you want to see the one for this skill.

Hope that helps :)

oddly enough i failed with all the attempts (all human parties) and got it first try with all henchie
plus that and i don't get when i miss my chance "OMFG i'm not doing that again, sucks for you" even after that same guy dumped the whole mob on you so he wouldn't get interrupted in capturing >.> lol
sometimes myd is right in the front sometimes ya have to go all the way around the mountain but the spots are pretty much the same though =)
before the first bridge, on the area before the second bridge, past the second bridge then other one around the whole mountain range xD
