Is there a feature like /who?

I am looking for a way to check peoples levels and professions by inputing their name into some command. Like /who in many other games(MMORPG's).

In Guild Wars, players levels and professions is displayed above their head when they are in a town or outpost. If you are in their party a little window on the right side of your screen displays their health, level, and profession combination as well.

i think thats only in outoposts becuase in towns i dont see the levels over peoples heads.

Thanks Tsume I noticed that in most towns. I was hoping for something a little more though. Looking for a way to keep tabs on guild mates or friends that I haven't grouped with for awhile or yet. I can see why Guild Wars wouldnt have such a function, because they don't split up people into different world servers like in MMORPG's, and a /who search would involve a search of too many people in my best assumption.
