Second question....can I control my pet attack(not both user and pet attack).

Depend where you are, i.e. pre-searing or post, for pre talk to the tamer next to Master Ranger Nente and for post there's a tamer in Ascalon. No, you can't control your pet attack. Whenever you attack, it will charge to that target (not necessarily when you switch target in the middle though).
