Point Blank and Power Shot

Quick question: what exactly is the advantage of using one of these over the other? They are both giving me +13 additional damage, but the Point Blank shortens my range while the Power Shot does not. Why would I use it over Power Shot? Thanks! :)

Well I've found power shot to be infinite more usefull than point blank. Also, it works off your expertise atribute instead of marksmenship. But, what are people doing close enough to you to have a use for point blank?

50% Faster Skill recharge on point black shot

That can make alot of difference if that is your main skill
