Signet of Capture Idea

I am speaking from a complete neophyte perspective here, since I haven't used the Signet of Capture and I haven't PvP'd very much, but can you use the signet of capture on a player? That would pretty much kill the idea of the SoC system, so I'm assuming that Arenanet would have thought of it, but I was just curious.

No, you can only use it on a Boss.
