Major runes... worth it?

well, I have NOT tried out any major runes, but I've heard they give -50 HP...

is this worth the cost? please post your opinions ^^

Maybe if you have a surperior vigor rune to go with it which gives +50 to health so you will have the same amount of health but it all really depends on you.
