i am looking to find wands/focii with cast increase and skill recharge 20% just like pvp items. i know these come off collectors as i already got a frost wand/focus and storm focus that do this, as well as a useless energy storage focus

so, ill start: water wand, collector just outside dunes
water focus: collector outside camp of rankor
storm focus i cant remember
energy storage scroll is just outside port sledge

has anyone find any others?

yeah i would love to know where to find fire and air wands/focis with 20%/20% casting/recharge

ok !

wands:
the fire wand is outside elona reach (needs 5 minotaur horns)
the earth wand is outside augury rock (skyward reach exit) (needs 5 topaz crests, dunno where to find that)
there is also an earth wand outside ice caves of sorrow (5 frigid hearts)

focis:
storm artifact inside droknars forge (5 stone summit badges)

hmm, fire wand from elona and water wand from dunes are only +20% recharge and not casting. i guess they are on perdition rock or something or somewhere hidden in the desert/icy whatever its called.

my bad, wands are either +20% casting or +20% recharge , not both like focis.

I think sand drakes drop those.

The things unaccounted for are: air wand, fire focus, earth focus. Anyone know where these are (with max energy/damage, of course)?

I snagged a +12en, 20%/20% ankh somewhere in the desert .. anyone know where there might be a flame artifact focus that's has the same type of stats? (+12 20/20). Would be nice for my elementalist, to go along with my +3 energy fire wand. :)

If anyone sees a Air Wand that is nice from a collector speak up. I got the Storm Artifact from the Forge. Now I need a nice wand...

Anyone know if any collector give 11-22 Holy Staff that has 20%/20% on healing prayers? The one I found outside of Port Sledge is divine favor.

Found the earth focii collector. He is in the Mineral Springs.

If the earth focii ever was in mineral springs it is not anymore. I just spent an hour scouring that entire map. It has an earth staff but no earth focii.

this topic has so many questions...yet no solid answers..lol.

first: is it true that there isnt a 20/20 fire wand.....only a 20% fire wand. if there is only a 20%, can you get iether recharge or faster cast...or does just one of those exist?

second: i need the locations for the 20/20 flame artifact...and the 20/20 fire wand (or 20% fire wand if thats the best i can get)!! any info on this topic would really save me alot of running around in the explorable areas. thx all!!
