rune question

when you apply them to armor or something can you get them back?? Do you need to salvage or can you take them on and off?? Thanks.

You can use expert salvage to get em back but theres a chance you might not salvage the rune.

Just keep in mind, though, that the armors you get from collectors cannot be salvaged nor can the starting armors.
