at L.A. what to do with armor

hi all
im at LA now, should i upgrade??

i have wyven helm, ascalon boots, other stuff is all ringmail. everything is from ascalon city. I can survive until the level 20 guy? where ever he is??

im sword, should i do duelist helm? or somethign else is better?
someone teach me how to get knights armor, i.e. how to get to that guy

and tell me if i need new armor :p

also what are the materials needed for knights or any other high level armor.

i have a lot of iron and tanhides, might as well use it on gladiators??

If you are currently wearing Ascalon Armor or some equivalent, wait until Ventari's Refuge to buy new armor. It's a good stepping stone (chain mail, etc.) between low level armor and "lvl 20" armor.

I wore the Gladiator's Armor I bought in Yak's Bend untill I bought my Knight's Armor in Droknar's Forge.

Knight's Armor Materials:

175 Iron
28 Leather Squares (not Hides)

Platemail Armor Materials:

175 Iron
28 Steel

That's for the suit, minus the helm. I may be a little off on that as well.

On top of that, it'll cost you 6k just to get the set, that's not including whatever it'll cost you to craft the special materials (such as Leather and Steel).
