minor issue

ok here's the deal... my and everyone elses characters look like ghosts..meaning they are very dull and look like all thier colors r muted, if i play with my graphics settings in game, they will switch to normal, but evetually switch back... somtimes my boots will lookk normal while everything else is 'ghosted', any ideas?
