View Full Version : What final armor set should i get?

I'm looking to finalize my armor and beefing them up with runes (i have a rune of super vigor!). I'm trying to decide what i should go for. I'm thinking pyromancer gear since most things use fire? Is there anything better with the plain elemental gear than a specific element gear?

I guess either pyro or aero since i doubt you will pvp with many hydro/geo ele's oute there.

I would go with Aeromancer, just because it looks cool, and Air magic is the most individually damaging type of magic out there.

Well, in my opinion, I'd go with a mix of Pyro and Aero, to keep yourself well defended. If it was PvP, I'd go 1 piece per type of armor, but you don't need that(previously stated why). So, just pick your two fave pyro mancer pieces and your two favorite aero mancer pieces, and do it that way. That's just what I would do, but I'm already half insane as is... :happy34:

i got both Pyro and Aero sets, incase ... i can switch those to suit the situations.

I guess i'll have to try and mess around. I found that damage is calculated different for each peice, like most things hit the chest peice, so that seems to be the most important for direct attacks like lightning, i'm not sure about fire though, maybe feet is more important.

either by salvaging or by crafting it (i think it needs plant fibres)

Yeah, you need plant fibers, which can be bought at material traders and then trade in 5 of those to a collector outside of ranik.

Okay, what is the defense on the highest Ele armor?? I am at Granite Citadel and they have a pyro set that is 60 and looks PIMP! But where aero set? Is it that little city out in the middle of the Mursaat/Jade Armor infested land??And IS the Granite Citadel and that Place the best armor for Ele cuz' its 15k!!

So if you wear both Aeromancer and Pyromancer armor pieces, does that mean you are protected against both elements all over, or just where those armor pieces are?

i would go with aero/geo armor if you have gotten as far as the hall of hero all ele are aero and the rest geo fire is not good in pvp so barely anyone has fire
