R/Mo or R/Ele for PvP

Is conjure flame or judge's insight more effective? What is better in PvP?

R/Me is good combo for PvP. Here are skills that i always use in pvp. soloed many wars, ele, Nec etc.

1. Poison arrow
2. Distracting shot
3. Pin down
4. Hunter shot
5. Whirling defense
6. Throw dirt
7. Black out (good against mnk)
8. Troll urgent

45 wins in a row. Too bad that I have to leave otherwise we will make it to 100 :)
