Has anyone seen these stats

I'm looking to purchase a good sword and mods, and I've been spamming what I want in the trade channels and I've gotten a few tells that these dont exist. They are listed on this website though, can anyone confirm their existence or non existence?

Vamparic Sword Hilt of 4 or 5 hp leech -1 hp regen
Sword pommel of fortitude +45 hp when enchanted.

Also, what is the max +dam on a sword when enchanted or when hp >50%?

I don't think vampiric hilts this good exist for swords, they exist for hammers though. The fortitude max is 30 I believe and the max additional damage >50% is 20%

Vampirism sucks anyways, you need a rating 5 life drain to overcome the constant health loss, or you need to use Frenzy/Flurry all the time which will cause you to run out of health, energy, or both all too quickly. If it was twice the rated amount (i.e. an 8 health drain instead of 4) then it would easily keep up with the health loss and be worth the trouble.

I can confirm that sword pommels go as high as 25, I've seen that myself. Never seen a "while enchanted" modifier on a sword pommel though.

Not really, switch to the vampiric sword when you go into combat, that would be at least a steady 1 health gain if its a 3 leech, and after combat switch to some non Vampiric weapon
