Ele / Necro Newb - Needs Help

Hi, Im trying to make a good damage dealer, and after reading through the gwonline website It seemed it would be good to make a Ele/Necro and go Fire/air/energy + < Insert stuff for necro > . So basically I dont know where to spend points, Because I dont think I can have enough points for Fire/air/energy + necro stuff.

Im trying to go for Decent aoe ranged spells + decent single target spells + Life drains/taps.

Can anyone give me some suggestions as to where to spend points, and how many points I will be able to have and so forth.


ps. Is there some kind of Character builder?

Go fire, or go air. It's unlikely that you'll want to be high in both. Fire has more AoE's, and air has more single-target spells, but both are present in each.
