R/Me build help! Im having alot of trouble.

well, first, I must say that I like my R/Me very much, however, I am having some problems.

heres my build.

I'm not sure what would be a good elite skill for this build, I am, however thinking of putting in poison arrow. Also, please comment on how I can improve this build, for PVP, as I have only PVE'd, and am just busy leveling as of now.

now, the problem is, I'm not sure which to take as my "main" build, as I can't exactly be switching every single battle.

I believe the first one is more "solo-ish" (with troll unguent and all) and the other is more team based.

I also have soem trouble "countering", as I sometimes don't counter when I thought I should have.

any other help would be cool.
