noob question - what's an arrow of regeneration?

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I saw Divine Boon costs an arrow of regeneration... What are these and how do you get them?

If you're a primary monk, you have 4 arrows of regeneration. They are the little white >>>> on your blue energy bar. They determine how fast you regenerate energy. The less you have, the slower your energy will regenerate. They work the same way as arrows of health regeneration, but for energy.

Lol - I thought that they meant "arrows" - like real arrows from a bow :) - thanks for the help, i feel stoopid now...
