Poison arrow, apply Poison

I know that apply poison adds poison damage to my arrows for 24 seconds, i beleive its a degeneration of 4 (-4 'pip's) lol. But what about Poison arrow, is that just a stronger degeneration, or does it deal extra damge too?

Poison Arrow does the same degeneration, but it lasts longer and its a Bow-Attack. since it is a bow-attack it can be used with other preps and is more of a single target degen, whereas apply poison is most effective when you hit everyone on the oposite team atleast once

Thank you, and am i right in saying that i can only ahve one elite skill, what if its like from the opposite class, 1 of each.
look at my char. maybe you can help me. im trying to make an anti caster or someone that takes single players down fast.

Yes you can only have 1 Elite on your 8 slot skill bar, Not 1 of each
build looks ok but i would replace either Penitrating shot or Savage shot with distracting shot in order to take out spell casters (don't want them to heal themselves no do you?:lol: )
