Elite Skills Location [merged]

Here is yet another thread for elite skills location. I'm going to post a screenshot of the skill description and a screenshot of it's location on the map (if needed).

There are 2 mob bosses there, I forget their names. One of them will be a mesmer.

Location:

Dragon's lair mission. I believe it's the 4th dragon you fight (?).
You get to this location once you beat your mirror.

Location:

Thirsty river mission. First mesmer snake in the first group you fight; forget
exact name of boss. This is a stance so you won't see it being cast, just
spam the signet of capture.

Location:

Iron mines mission, boss's name is "Dirko Mustalker". Easiest way to get this
is to join an infuse run. Once you're at the seer, he's the 1st boss you kill on
the way to the squid.

There are other locations for this as well.

Location:

Iron mines mission. Boss's name is "Balasi the Arcane". Forget where he is in the
mission, to be honest.
