I am creating a Ne/El Help Please

I am pretty much set on creating a Ne/El jsut want your opinions if I am creating him the right way. I am thinking of going 11 on Death 11 on Fire and 10 on Blood. ( Think that is possible or something around there) Should I do this or is it a bad idea. Any suggestions, thanks in advance.

it is a good build,later in the game you may want to go the Death,Curse,Fire Route,but what you have works really well to keep you alive and nuking.

I would only suggest putting a few points into Soulreaping,with a high death magic you would (depending on build *) get a lot of it's use.

* with a high Death magic,and Soul Reaping you have the oppritunity to have a legion of walking bombs that give you energy back when they explode...

And the benefit of having a higher Soul Reaping attribute (like 8-10) is that you can practically cast constantly during combat so long as you have a minion or two tagging along.
