I was planning on using this build for mostly PvP...guess there's not much else to it than that.
Strength: 10
Axe Mastery: 11
Smiting Prayers: 10
Berserker Stance
Eviscerate
Axe Rake
Executioner's Strike
Penetrating Blow
Distracting Blow
Judge's Insight
Restore Life
I was thinking maybe sub Distracting Blow out for Disrupting Chop or sub Eviscerate for Dismember and Distracting Blow for Skull Crack. Also, I'm trying to decide between Judge's Insight and Strength of Honor. Any opinions?

First off, don't bother with 10 in Smiting just for one skill. 8 will do. Run a 12/10/8 in Axe/Str/Smite respectively.
Disrupting Chop should be one of the primary reasons you use Axes. +20 seconds recharge on that Orison of Healing or Word of Healing (PvE or PvP) is crucial.
I wouldn't bother with Axe Rake. A Sword War (and lord knows there are plenty of these) can Cripple 10x easier and faster.
Eviscerate for the same reason as above. Sever+Gash doesn't require an elite, and it takes the same amount of adrenaline. Let them put on the conditions, you deal the damage.
Skills to consider. Strength of Honor (if you run with a Zealous Axe of course) and Cleave. Cleave is much better than Eviscerate because it really racks up the damage faster and more efficiently. Also Strength of Honor can add some more, but you have to wonder whether the -energy pip will affect you heavily. I'd let experience decide that one.

neither does a Warrior need a elite to cause deep wound. Its called Disember and its as unelite as you can get. What Evis is good for, it replaces Disember with a attack that also adds damage for the same adren punch.

Use Cleave instead of Eviscerate, fast charge and nice damage
Get a zealous axe component and use strength of Honor instead of Judges Insight.
Other than that nice build.
Why does strenght of honor work better with a zealous axe(whatever that is)?

Here's a basic definition and some math. A Zealous weapon gives you +1 energy per hit but -1 energy pip. So here's how it helps a Warrior. An Axe/Sword swings at 1.33 seconds per swing, so you effectively gain 3 energy for every 4 seconds. A single energy pip gives you 1 energy every 3 seconds. Over the course of 12 seconds, a Zealous weapon gives you 9 energy whereas that single pip gives you 4. So as to why it helps with Strength of Honor, it allows you to gain energy faster than a Warrior's natural regen despite the -2 energy pips (one from SoH, the other from the Zealous)
Okey sounds pretty nifty for what I have been thinking about. Thanks. How about with Cyclone axe, does that count as one or several hits when counting up energy?

Cyclone axe is a much better PvE skill than PvP. I personally like to run a Dismember + Axe Rake. I find it plenty useful in PvP, with Cleave as my elite. Dismember on a fresh target is an instant loss of 20% of their health. Also, frankly, odds are you may not have a sword warrior with you - especially not with hamstring. I don't know it you'll want to run the said combo that gets you to 0 energy regen. You are running a resurrect, so you may not have someone to swing at to get you the energy to use it if you run dry.
