i was thinking of making a elementalist desinged to hinder and impede enemy movement. He'd focus in water magic of course to slow enemy movement, also to blur vision to help protect the pary from melee damage. as a secondary profession i was thinking of a necro for minions to help distract enemies. the skills would be set up as follows.
Blurred Vision - to protect tanks, healers, and myself
conjure frost - to help my damage output between casting spells
Deep Freeze - to slow a group of enemies
Shard Storm - to slow one enemy
Aura of Restoration - to heal while casting
Elemental Attunement - to reduce mana cost
Animate Bone Minion - to ihelp ntercept enemies
Death Nova - to turn minions into walking time bombs
Water Magic - 10ish
Death Magic - 8ish
Energy Storage - remainder of points
