Is a Ne/Me a good setup?

Well for me it seems in any mmorpg I always create my first character exactly how I wanted for my play style. For the first part of its life it does great but I gimp it eventually. In shadowbane this happened to me like every week. I just got this game yesterday and before I knew it I was a ne/me and I still have no clue how I got my second profession. =) Overall I like it because takes timing to deal the most damage out and not die. Does anyone else use this and enjoy it or did you find something else more enjoyable and why.

i use N/Me, i like it alot.
I use curses with my necro half and domination with my mesmer half.
and i have some skill points into soul reaping. but yes it works good, there are some good curse/domination combos too. (empathy + insidious parasite)

Simply: Yes.

You will rely on necro (story mode) alot more for quite some time, but ocne you get on a bit, you can start to develop your mesmer side of things.
