yesterday i got 20lv and i notice that i have only 170/200 attribute points.....i thought it was 200 points at 20><......anyone know if we get 30 points after 20lv?

You have to complete two quests (Forgotten Wisdom and Hero's Challenge) for the final 30 points. Each gives you 15, so together 30.
