Well thought I would share my final build ATM.


Air Elementist and Domination Mesmer

Air Magic - 12 (+1, +1)
Energy Storage - 12 (+1)

Insightful Air Staff of Fortitude
Damage - 11-22 Lightning Damage

Insightful Staff Head Bonus - +4 Energy
Staff Wrapping of Enchantments Bonus - 18% Longer Enchantments

Lightning Strike -
Description: Strike target enemy for 5/41/53 lightning damage.
Energy Cost: 5.
Casting Time: 1 second.
Recharge Time: 5 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Air Magic. Increases damage.
Skill Type: Spell.

Lightning Javelin -
Description: Send out a Lightning Javelin that strikes for 15/43/53 lightning damage if it hits. If Lightning Javelin strikes an attacking enemy, that enemy is interrupted.
Energy Cost: 10.
Casting Time: 1 second.
Recharge Time: 5 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Air magic. Increases damage.
Skill Type: Spell.

Enervationg Charge -
Description: Target foe is struck for 5/41/53 lightning damage and suffers from Weakness for 5/17/21 seconds.

Casting Time: 1 second.
Recharge Time: 8 seconds.

Skill Type: Spell.

Lightning Orb -
Description: Lightning Orb flies toward target enemy and strikes for 10/82/106 lightning damage if it hits.

Casting Time: 2 seconds.
Recharge Time: 5 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Air Magic. Increases damage.
Skill Type: Spell.

Air Attunument -
Description: For the next 36/55/62 seconds, you are attuned to Air. You gain 30% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use Air Magic.

Casting Time: 2 seconds.
Recharge Time: 60 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Air Magic. Increases duration.
Skill Type: Enchantment Spell.

Elemental Attunement {Elite} -
Description: For the next 45 seconds, you are attuned to Air, Fire, Water and Earth. You gain 50% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use magic associated with any of those elements.
Energy Cost: 10.
Casting Time: 2 seconds.
Recharge Time: 60 seconds.
Linked Attribute: None.
Skill Type: Enchantment Spell.

Cry of Frustration -
Description: If target enemy is using a skill, that enemy and enemies nearby are interrupted and suffer 10/37/46 damage.
Energy Cost: 15.
Casting Time: 3/4 seconds.
Recharge Time: 20 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Domination. Increases damage.
Skill Type: Spell.

Arcane Echo -
Description: If you cast a spell in the next 10/26/32 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-spell skill.
Energy Cost: 15.
Casting Time: 2 seconds.
Recharge Time: 30 seconds.
Linked Attribute: Illusion. Increases duration.
Skill Type: Spell.

Other Info:
I plan on getting superior runes of Air Magic and Energy Storage. I also plan on changing the Staff Wrapping of Enchantments upgrade to a Staff Wrapping of Fortitude +30 Health. I also plan on upgrading the Insightful Staff Head to +5 Energy.

Any suggestions would be great =D

I like it except for the inclusion of Cry of Frustration. At 3 Domination it's going to do little damage and if you want an interrupt, just take Power Leak instead. Otherwise it looks good.

I would instead go with Inspiration magic and the Leech Signet or Power Drain. Both give you energy back and both interrupt spells.

Lol I just noticed this after I posted mine, its so simular, well.. I think you should not use the Cry of Frustration as it doesn't really fit togather with the rest. There are better interrupts with a lower cooldown, you can even consider using gale because comparing to the 20 sec cooldown of the CoF the exhaustion lasts 30 secs, but u can cast it very rapidly if situation arise, also gale can knockdown chasers runners and normal attackers too. if you cast it every 20 secs the exhaustion will rake up so slowly u wont notice. The damage CoF cause will not be significant because ur low attri

dont get super rune for energy storage, u dont really have a E-storage skill in the build and 9 mana is not really worth 100 hp imo
