Anti caster/warrior mesmer build?

I was wondering if theres a mesmer build that has the potential to disable warriors and casters at the same time? Or is there any build that can work to disable a caster while utilizing skills to defend against melee/archers?

I am not sure about the at the same time bit but I have a Mesmer\Necro that can either shut down casters or take on Melee opponents.

The build is this at the moment;

Backfire, Chaos Strom, Empathy, Conjure Phantasm, Faintheartedness, Insidious Parasite, Parasitic Bond and Soul Barbs.

Soul Barbs works with both Necro and Mesmer Hexs. So cast that first and then pile on the hexs, usually Parasitic Bond first, then as appropriate to the situation.

It does have some weaknesses, I really on Parasitic Bond and Insidious Parasite for Healing. :(

imagined burden / ethereal burdon can also help u out if u are running

you can do it by employing both illusion and domination magic tree. of course inspiration as well because you cant ignore the energy regaining power this tree has. Basically it just gonna be a pure mesmer.
