I'm lv.17 doing ascension missions.
My attributes are split between Healing, Divine and Earth.
What should i be looking for?
i know a good wand would be great but i donno if i can afford one, so gimme other options..

That's a nice staff, I don't see many with skill recharge and all that, I'd just put a new staff head and grip to replace that enchanting. Make it a Hale Holy Staff of Something. That will give you a few more health and whatever you want for the grip.
EDIT: Try to get a grip to put some more energy on there, I'm pretty sure there is one, not sure what it's called though.

i never know what the upgrade is going to replace or what the expert salvage is going to remove from the weap ><

If it says like improves skill recharge 6% what does that mean? that skill recharge 6 % faster or so?

No. whenever it says Chance:%, it means that there is a chance it will work. Like, that staff has a six percent chance that skills will recharge faster. Not guaranteed, just a chance.

K, still ty, I think i'll save components to make a good wand, how many components and rune can you use on one cane/staff btw?

Staffs and other weapons can have 2 upgrades on them. For a staff its a wrapping and a staff head. For a sword its a pommel and a hilt and so on.

what wrappings and staff heads are there please? I prefer energy over meelee damage, and if it says +4 defence, is it added to all body pieces or just when an attack would land on your gloves? Because in this game attacks hit body parts right?

The +4 would be universal, like i shield adds to ALL your armor levels( i believe). There are lots of different types of wrappings and such, some add to your health, others have chances of improving a skill, others have armor bonus and such. lotsa types
