Help Finding a Collector

Hey, I'm in the desert in the south east end of the map. I'm looking for a collector that has a Flame Artifact but I can't seem to find it. I've found one that has all other off-hand equipments, just no luck finding this one. Anyone know if there is a collector in the desert that has it? Much thanks.

You may try Sir Pohl Sanbert (Collector in the Arid Seas, which is the zone for the 15 attribute point quest). He would accept 5 Dune Burrower Jaws for a +12 energy Flame Artifact. If you enter the Arid Seas via the Augury Rock SE zonepoint, the collector is slightly southwest.
