I just got enabled to buy the good armor.

A little info.

I am a N/W so I do get up near the mobs and take hits. I was going to go for scar armor because I wanted extra energy for life stealing and the short, but I figured I would come here for advice.

The scar armor, as im sure yall know is 60 armor. And the tormentors and necrotic is 70.

Is the 10 armor on each piece I would be missing a "huge" loss? Which should I go for? the extra energy, or the extra armor?

I was also noting the =holy protection. How potentially bad is that? I'm not sure which armor I want to go with

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (Im using somethin like a vampire build and a sword)

I'm N/W myself and pretty much figth the same way u do, I'd almost recommand you going for the armor since you are upclose to the enemy taking melee hits. Also the 10 armor you'd be missing out is fairly big concerning armor. :winking47
What do you use for PvP and PvE strategies? I'm very concerned since there doesn't seem to be a lot of N/W around. :happy14:

Well atm since I dont have all the skills I want, I run in for great justice and use some bleeding. I try to kill one quick and then use well of blood, and just use life drains when I need em. I cant last pretty well and do some pretty decent damage as well as have good energy, 43 without the scar armor, and with soul reaping at only 3 I don't run out of energy unless things go bad.

I know I probably would have been better off with W/N as it becomes more apparent as I level, but EVERYONE is a warrior it seems.

Any suggestions on the -holy? Is that even a real issue? Does that mean I am less protected against heals and get healed for more ? I wish.

Oh yeah and weaponwise I use a sword 15-22 spatha with 1energy on hit -1energy regen and 29health. It serves me very well, I am going to get a superior blood rune and will put my skills up to:

14blood magic
12 swords
3 soul reaping

I dont think there is going to be much that you can do against holy.

I see your build is well thought out. I also agree that everyone seems to be W/N. Personally I wanted to stand out of the crowd, try a different combo and honestly i really like it.

For your sword I think its the perfect weapon, with the 29hp its just amazing. I got 2 major ruins on and they are sucking on my max hp. However as soon as i hit lvl 16 that problem should be taken care off.

I agree on bleeding. Since I'm more focused on Blood, Death, Curses, Sword and minorly Soul Reaping. I'm going to break it down to Majorly Death and Sword with Soul Reaping as my backup.

An alternative to the sword btw, so i think, be a good axe with enhanced attack speed skills. It served me well in the past. However, stay away from Hammers! They are too slow either way
