What would be the fastest way to run a character through the game(with a lv 20 warrior or ele) up to the desert where you ascend? If it matters, the character being ran through will be a monk

I could run you from Ascalon City to Droknar's Forge(lvl 20 city with the highest rated armor in the game) in about an hour and half. With that armor your character could easily progress through the coop missions and reach asscension.
