How do u get the rest of the minion summuns?

Animate Bone Fiend and Animate Bone Minions aren't available until the Crystal Desert - there they are quest rewards.

You can also buy both of them in Droknar's Forge.

You can capture Bone Fiends doing a quest you get in ascalon settlement to a necro boss.

Go to lion´s arch and do a quest that gives you 2 signet of capture (1 before and 1 as reward) and go to ascalon settlement to get that quest.

Verata´s Sacrifice can be captured in a quest you get in temple of ages (something bout Galath), to a necro boss too.




I´m looking for a boss with blood of the master before I can buy it.

Hmmm. Blood of the master is available as a quest reward at some point before Lion's Gate. I have had it for a while now, and I just capped Bone Fiends last night (Lord Timor is the boss name for the quest). I *might* have bought it, but I'm pretty sure it was a quest reward. I've had it for quite a while now, so I think at some point before you get to Kryta.

Ok first off yes, I'm retarded because I can't figure out how to edit the previous post. Second, the skill (Blood of the Master) is a reward for a quest in Nebo village. NW from Lion's gate, talk to one of the guys there, do easy quest, voila!

Which spell do you guys use the most? I assume one you get minions or fiends horrors goes right out the window. Do you find the undead pets to be more useful at range or summong a swarm of from in 3+ corpses?

Oh yeah, I think you get blood of the master from that random dude in the scale swamp east of Lion's Arch. I could be wrong.

I use Animate Bone Minions the most because, even though they are weaker than the other two, I can make swarms of them and then cast Death Nova on a lot of them. That makes for a lot of bombs with short fuses. :love19:

And they are still good for fodder (distracting the enemy...I mean, if you saw a bunch of stubby zombie things rushing at you, what would you do?).

Horrors and fiends are nice once in a while, but I hardly ever use them anymore... :(

In a player party I liked using Animate Bone Fiends so they wouldn't get in the way of everyone. They also seem to last the longest and do the most damage (but it could just be that Bone Fiends tend to focus fire). Actually when your Death magic gets high enough summoning Bone Horrors isn't a bad idea. They're the same level as Bone Fiends and last a good deal longer than the minions.

I see a lot of regular mobs casting minions but does anyone know of a specific boss who you can capture the skill from? I was looking at a list and apparently there are some in the Krytaish area but I have no idea where they are.

I got Fiends but I only have 38ish mana and if I am gonna use them I would have to spend way too much time keeping them alive for it to matter (though with monk secondary it is certainly feasible). I love casting dot spells way too much to worry about the damn things and would love to get 2 pets per cast.
