Lol, i don't think you will get a lot of answers with this but here is some place I farm.

* Riverside Mission (Zealots)
* Sanctum Cay Mission (Lightning Drakes)
* Kryta Mission (Lightning Drakes)

i also think you can farm the sand drakes in the desert.
i read here on the forum that the caromi outside beetletun are good and the ettins outside LA have good drops.

I usually farm the n00bs' pockets in ascalon city... j/k

Really though, there's tons besides zealots in riverside... the hill giants (there's only ten of them) give amazing drops... I've gotten a purple armor at least off of them every time... Usually, between everything, i get at least 1 gold too... there are also fog nightmares that drop nice stuff too, but they're kinda hidden to the south...
