hello, i just started a mesmer account, and i did all the quests in pre-searing. Im just wondering where the third mesmer trainer is so i dont have to acquire the skills in post-searing. Thanks in advance.

Well technically there are 3 if you count that first trainer that meets you outside of ascalon city in the very beginning.

Besides that guy, there are only 2 that I know of which are Lady Althea and Vassar. They are pretty easy to find so I'm guessing you aren't talking about them. If there is another trainer beyond those I still haven't found him yet.
