problem with runes [Archive]

i have minor air magic, minor energy storage, and minor vigor in my inventory for my pve character. i want to use them for my pvp character, but only my minor vigor shows up and useable. what is the problem?

Did you unlock them all? It doesn't work if you recieve them in a trade or somthing.
