I hear that it is possible to unlock all skills with only one character now. Is this true? Are you allowed to switch your secondary profession or something?

you would need to spend a godly amount of time to gain all the skill points needed to unlock all skills, but yes you can change your secondary profession.

Realistically no, skill prices would get prohibitively expensive fast. You would quickly be paying 2-3k/skill. Plus the time to gather over 300 skill points is quite a bit.

You have always been possible to unlock all skills with 1 character. It's merely slightly faster now.

no, yes u can learn skill by changing 2nd prof, but there is skill that is link to unique stats of that prof (Expetise, Energy Storage, Divine Favor) that u can't learn :P, so changing from W/Mo to W/R you can't learn Lightning Reflexes, Escape, etc

You can learn any skill regardless of your primary class. As long as the skill is a Primary or Secondary class skill, you will be fine. The best strategy is to use one character to unlock all the elites and then you can probably realistically finish off the rest with a second run through.

You are talking about attributes. Those are determined by your primary class; which you cannot change.

You can learn skills from your secondary professions primary attribute, you just can't improve on their effeciency.
