Where is Collector Meghan the Bright ?

I have trouble finding Meghan the Bright at the falls? anyone can help?

I believe she's way the heck southwest. It's a long haul, but it's not too hard, even with henches.

Correct follow the main road the whole way around and she is just outside the statue of Balthazar. Its a little tucked away but with good use of the ALT key you can see her on approach.
