View Full Version : Best Screen
I just saw that u can customize your screen as you like it. I didnt find the orginal easy to use in PvP mode so i customized mine to look like this.
The setup (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/gw2.1.jpg)
And in action (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/gw1.2.jpg)
Could you show me your screen to give me ideas about how to set it up.
I have moved down the Effect monitor so i can easier se when i am affected by backfire or things like that. The Target Display is near the skill bar which i often look at and i have placed the Party window near the skill bar so i dont have to move my mouse much. The only problem is the Chat Window which is a little bit in my way.
That's very interesting, I may do something like that for my monk that is leveling up. I hope some other people post a few screens with their ideas, too.

I love it. Some people prefer to have the party window close to their skill bar, but I access and trigger most things using my keyboard. So, granted it's not exactly "mouse friendly", it's awesome for mostly keyboard users and I find it gives you a nice, quick and easy visual of everything you need to know.
I am, however, considering moving the effects monitor down to the bottom as it is still in its default location.

Menu -> Customize -> "Edit Interface"
Move and resize as wanted. :happy05:
I like how you've put the Mini Map at the bottom right. I don't know if I personally could play with the team status in the middle tho. Maybe move it above the mini map!
I couldn't :), i played a little PvE and i realised that my setup blocked much of the important thing, but i could se the sky clearly tho, so i had to change.
Since im a monk i can trigger of the skills 1-4 whitout any problem from my keyboard but 5-8 is a little harder so im forced to look down on my keybord and those seconds are deadly in PvP. That is why my Party window have to be close to skill 5-8.
This is how it looks like now (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/gw3.jpg),
The skill bar and effect monitor still blocks a little of the fight but that is the best i can come up whit now.

i dunno what happened to the graphics and stuff and im lazy right now.. :happy59:
sry if it hurts ur eyes or something :(
does any one know how to get rid of that info-thing when your holding over the skills?
do you know what i mean? the explanision of the skills.
i don't believe it's possible to remove the skill information on mouse-over. well, there's using your keyboard instead of your mouse, but yeah mouse-over is annoying.
anyways, here is my setup (http://img203.echo.cx/img203/6567/c4yz.jpg) .

My setup is really right side focused. And if anybody is wondering about the absolutly tiny skillbar, I use my keyboard so I don't need to click them.
