Where is the new quests that ArenaNET spoke of?

I can't find this Northern Kryta province. I want to get the quest for free "Heal Others" for my Warrior monk but i ahve no idea where Damaris is. Can someone discribe based on locations?

Northern Kryta province is right outside Lions Arch. To find this quest leave the gate, wait till they stop talking and the quest is yours. :happy34:
