Where are these guys that give good water items?

Also, uhh anyone have spare Water Runes?>

Why? I just bought a superior water for 250g. I'm sure you can spare that.

Go there. They have a list of all the collectors and their items. The second Link is a map of where they are. It doesnt specify magic properties but all Desert and Southern Shiverpeak Collector's offer max stat items. Hope this helps
