If you're really into Protection Prayers and haven't found a warrior elite that trips your trigger, then yes.

It acts most like Healing Breeze, but with a good armor boost. Just costs more and has a longer recycle.

I am going to have to say no. It costs 15e and the recharge is too slow to use it more than 2-3 times in a typical fight. It does boost armor, but the other problem is it takes up your elite spot. Warriors should be using Devastating Hammer/Eviscerate/Hundred Blades or "Charge" as their elite in PvP.
