I could use help, what i wanna to do is to film a guild gvg Fight, so i am asking a help from those who have done it.

I wanna know which program is best to use and some guildliness, how to do it.

The program that I use is Fraps (www.fraps.com).
One of the best capture programs I ever tested :)
