Online/offline indicator?

I noticed the little mark under the postcount and moused over it, wondering what it was. Lo and behold its an online/offline indicator! It doesn't seem to change color, though, so you can't tell w/o mousing over. Is it supposed to be like that?

I suggested this too! Apparently, the feature has been disabled while the admins deal with bandwith problems. :D
