Decided to make this post its own, I made this build over the weekend, and have perfected it through testing etc. The only flaw to it, is that if you get evaded the chain is broken and you will not be able to kill the target. Here it is:
Ranger/Assassin
12+4 Expertise
12 Dagger Mastery
3+1 Beast Mastery
Cast All skills in this Order:
(Siphon Speed = Hex for Black Mantis Thrust)
Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts)
1.8 energy, 1 cast, 5 recharge
Hex spell. For 7 seconds, target foe moves 15% slower and you move 15% faster.
========Attack Speed Enhancing Skill==========
Tiger's Fury
3.6 energy, 0 cast, 10 recharge
Stance. All your non-attack skills are disabled for 5 seconds. For 7 seconds, you attack 33% faster.
========Main Attack Skills=========
Black Mantis Thrust (Dagger Mastery)
1.8 energy, 12 recharge
Lead Attack. If this attack hits, you strike for +17 damage. If target foe is suffering from a Hex, that foe is crippled for 13 seconds
Jungle Strike (Dagger Mastery)
1.8 energy, 12 recharge
Off-hand Attack. Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +17 damage. If it hits a foe that was crippled, it does 25 damage.
Horns of the Ox (Dagger Mastery)
1.8 energy, 12 recharge
Dual Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Horns of the Ox strikes for +13 damage. If struck foe is not adjacent to any allies, that foe is knocked down.
Falling Spider (Dagger Mastery)
1.8 energy, 10 recharge
Off-hand attack. Must strike a knocked-down foe. If it hits, Falling Spider strikes for +29 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 17 seconds.
Twisting Fangs (Dagger Mastery)
3.6 energy, 12 recharge
Dual Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +9 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 17 seconds
Moebius Strike (Elite) (Dagger Mastery)
1.8 energy, 10 recharge
Elite off-hand attack. Must follow a Dual-Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for +29 damage. If you strike a foe whose health is below 50%, all of your other attack skills are recharged.

Zealous PvP Sai of Fortitude
Piercing Damage 7-17 (Req. 9 Dagger Mastery
(+15% Damage While health is Above 50%)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy Regeneration -1
Health +30
Shocking PvP Sai of Fortitude
Lightning Damage 7-17 (Req. 9 Dagger Mastery)
(+15% Damage While health is Above 50%)
Health +30
Full Hunters gear, +1 expertise mask and superior expertise rune, superior vigor rune and minor beast.
Skills go in this order if you didnt get it from above
Siphon Speed -> Catch Target -> Tiger's Fury -> Black Mantis Thrust -> Jungle Strike -> Horns of the Ox -> Falling Spider -> Twisting Fangs -> Moebius Strike -> Black Mantis Thrust -> Jungle Strike -> Horns of the Ox -> Falling Spider -> Twisting Fangs -> Dead, if not switch target
This combo goes by VERY fast, id suggest trying it out on the isles of the nemesis vs the armors, and then outside the gate vs the Master of Healing to get used to the speed required. You MUST execute the skills in this order, or they will fail / not work.
This can drop any target in 8 seconds flat, warrior etc as long as they do not use stances/guardian, it is constant damage and with Zealous you never run low on energy.
Some example videos, yes I know judges insight and str of honor are on me for most of these, but that overall just makes it quicker(killed a monk in 4 seconds). I can easily take down the 100 armor down in around 6-7 seconds, or any target as long as like I said they do not use evasion/stances/blind. When testing it with a team, I ran a smiter and a rigor mortis necro, and easily destroyed most targets in 4-6 seconds.
