Compilation of Bugged Skills

Hey, I could not find a post about glitches/bugs with assassin skills, so I thought I would start one.

One over the weekend I noticed was Moebius Strike failed to recharge skills around 30% of the time, normally when enemies were around 40-49% health remaining.

Oddly enough, Temple Strike seemed bugged over the weekend. I was timing it for interupts of skills/spells when I could, and though the description says it could interupt target, I don't think I ever actually did, even though my timing was on.
