This is to be used as a TA/RA build.

Attribute Points:
Critical Strikes - 8 (7+1)
Dagger Mastery - 16 (12+3+1)
Deadly Arts - 5 (4+1)
Earth Magic - 10

Skill Set:
Scorpion Wire - Lasts 12 seconds
Falling Spider - Deals +37 damage and 21 second poison
Horns of the Ox - Deals +16 damage
Aftershock - Deals 75 + 49 damage
Moebius Stike {E} - Deals +37 damage
Dash
Res Sig
Optional (something for survival)

Usage
Choose a 60 armor target (wont work too well if they have much more than that) and try to get him to start attacking you. Cast Scorpion Wire and run the other way. Hopefully your target will case you a bit so they are away from their allies for Horns of the Ox. Use Dash to make Scorpion Wire activate faster if needed. As soon as you shadow step to your target cast falling spider. Then when they get up cast Horns of the Ox - Aftershock. This should leave your foe with about 50% life or less, if not one more attack should do it. Use Moebius Strike to recharge your attacks. Then use Horns of the Ox and Falling Spider again. Your foe should be dead so very close to it and Poison should take case of the rest. I havent actually tried this yet but by looking at the numbers it seems to work.

Comments? Suggestions?

Is this for PvE or PvP?

Whoops. Missed that.

I wouldn't count on your target chasing you without the backup of his or her friends. Smart PvPer's try to stay together as much as possible.

Most likely, your opponent's not going to take the bait. And when you overextend the reach of the Wire and Shadow Step to him, his team mates are likely to pounce on you.

I made this build initially to feed off the "not so smart" PvPers in RA. And even in TA if someone is attacking you and you run a bit they are likely to chase just away from there allies for Horn of the Ox to work.

Most soft targets, even if they arent too bright, are ranged, so they wouldnt even chase you very far IF they did chase you.

Your odds of the target chasing you are pretty low in RA, because you have a pretty low chance of being their target, and nill in TA because people in TA actually think before they do stuff and will see the scorpion wire.

It's harder to pull off the knockdown against skilled players.

Since it's not a sure thing I don't know if you want to put that much weight behind aftershock in your build.

Also I think you could easily exceed the damage of horns/aftershock if you did Twisting Fangs/<insert skill>

The lowering of max health and bleed would probably be more effective than a spike imo.
