Well i think your refering to Shadow Step which is where the assassin teleports to a target.
Here's so random SS skills to get your Ninja on:
Scorpion Wire (Deadly Arts)
For 8..18 seconds, the next time you and target foe are more than 100' apart, you teleport to that foe and that foe is knocked down. This spell has half the normal range.
Energy:5 Cast:2 Recharge:30
Shadow Step (Shadow Arts)
For 5..17 seconds you move 25% faster than normal. When Shadow Step ends, you return to the location where you activated Shadow Step.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:30
Return (Shadow Arts)
All adjacent foes are Crippled for 3..7 seconds. Teleport to target ally.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:20
Dark Prison (Deadly Arts)
Shadow Step to target foe. For 1..6 second(s), that foe moves 33% slower.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:60
Recall (Assassin None)
While you maintain Recall on target ally, nothing happens. When Recall ends, you Shadow Step to that ally's location.
Energy:15 Cast:2 Recharge:10
Aura of Displacement [Elite] (Assassin None)
When you cast Aura of Displacement, Shadow Step to target foe. When you stop maintaining Aura of Displacement, you return to your original location.
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:15
Spirit Walk (Assassin None)
Shadow Step to target spirit.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:0
Death's Charge (Shadow Arts)
Shadow Step to target foe. If that foe has more Health than you, you are healed for 40..112.
Energy:10 Cast:0.25 Recharge:20
There is also an elite skill known as shadow form which lets you become seemingly immortal for 20 seconds or so
That's this skill here:
Shadow Form [Elite] (Shadow Arts)
For 5..17 seconds, all hostile spells that target you fail and all attacks against you miss. When Shadow Form ends, lose all but 5..41 health.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:60
Lastly there is an assassin skill that lets you teleport to a random nearby location. This isn't technically a Shadow Step, but a lot of people would find it useful none the less:
Viper's Defense (Shadow Arts)
For 30 seconds, the next time you are struck, teleport to a random location nearby. The foe who struck you is poisoned for 5..17 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:10
If you want to read more on assassin skills you should hop over to guildwars.ogaming.com for there factions profession skill lists.
Here's a link to the Assassin skills page:

Hope this helps. :soapbox:

AHHhh~ yeah, i made that mistake :P
But then its what I don't quite get. It says you "shadow step to target ally" or so in some skill description. So does it mean you teleport immediately to target ally or apply the shadow step's ability (moving 25% faster) to target ally? 0.0
Sorry dat I might be too stupid to understand the skill description >Q<"
But thanks for your help T ^T

don't apoligize, the skill descriptions aren't exactly new-user friendly. yes, whenever there is a description that sounds like "return..." "teleport..." or "shadow step..." that means that you are going to instantaneously teleport to the destination listed in the skill description. If you want a hint of what it feels like physically in the game, take a necro out for a spin using the skills Consume Corpse and Necrotic Traversal. They should both give you an idea of how tele'ing works with the assassin.

Elementalists are getting their first teleport skill(s) in factions as well.
I posted to see if anyone was going to take a skill called "Ride the Lightning" seriously, and it turned out that a lot of people already have plans to build around it!
One thing is for sure. . . everyone is going to have to be as fast as a prot monk once factions rolls.
