Fast recharge for Ranger Expertise stances

I'd like to report that Lightning Reflexes and Whirlwind Defense seem to be recharging faster than they should.

Did you happen to kill a boss or gain a morale boost of any kind? When you get a boost, not only do res sigs recharge but all skills in general recharge if i'm not mistaken. You really notice this on a char with long recharge times, but if you're using mostly quick recharge skills with the occasional long timer defensive you might not have noticed?

If not... seems like a bug.

No morale boosts. :huh:

It's quite possible it's working fine and I just don't notice how time flies, but because both said skills are vital for protecting my R/W swordsman, I constantly keep an eye out for either to recharge so I can turn either on immediately. Without it, my character's toast in combat.

What happens is that I'd just turned either of them on and just later notice that there're both recharged and ready almost like I'd never used either just a few moments ago- 45 seconds and 1 minute is a pretty long in the middle of a fight.

I think the attributes description is misleading there.

I could not find any sign of faster skill recharge when using a variety of stances on the Isle of the Nameless. There are skills (like Serpents Quickness and Practiced Stance, that will increase recharges), but Expertise seems not to be linked directly to faster recharge.
