1. Apply Poison
2. Jagged Strike
3. Fox Fangs
4. Twisting Fang
5. Shadow Form(1337)
6. Shadow of Haste
7. Troll Unguent
8. Res Signet

Attributes:
Expertise: 9 (+2 from Major Expertise Rune)
Wilderness Survival: 6 (+1 from Mask, +3 from Sup Wilderness)
Dagger Mastery: 12
Shadow Arts: 7

How to run this build:
When you see a group of enemy(assuming its alliance battle) target 1 enemy
then Apply Poison

Use Shadow of Haste, then quickly followed by Shadow Form.

Run to your target, unleash Jagged Strike, Fox Fang and Twisting Fang..
Jagged Strike - Start the initial Bleeding for the first few seconds

Fox Fang - Deal some damage..you can change to something else

Twisting Fang - the best part of the combo: lengthens the bleeding duration and cause Deep Wound, which lowers the Health of your enemy, accelerating the degen speed.

After the combo, your Shadow of Haste should be over and you'll return to your original spot. If timed correctly, Shadow Form should be over and you'll be left with 26 health.

Cast Troll to recover your health..then rinse and repeat..

I'd suggest using Sentry/Explorer armor since it adds defense when you're in stance/under preps..and using Shadow Form is not a MUST when you're attacking an enemy.

this build was posted on the Ranger Forum... and I kinda like it. I'm just wondering, if you guys can comment/edit the build in order to make it better, as I don't have alot of experience with assassins.

One of the plus sides to this is the poison. Apply poison is nasty and it stays up for a while, so even if the person is to get their ailments mended, the next hit that lands will still poison the foe. The downside, however, is the ammount of energy it costs and because it's a preporation you take time from combat to infuse your weapons with poison. I could also just use Viper's Defense to give the same affect the only difference is it's gone when you are hit, but it's refresh is instant and so is the cast.

Although with Shadow Form you're bound to woop your foe. The only problem is you don't have enough damage to insure that. You only have three skills and personally I recommend four or more to insure a crippling blow of some sort. While Shadow Form is pretty uber, when it wares off you're left with pretty much nothing; especially with a major and superior rune on you. I personally didn't find Shadow Form very fun. While you could be the next 55 monk, it's recharge isn't too quick (but it's fare enough) and again once it wears off you're done if you have no energy to run out of there.

My main is a ranger and for me that wilderness survival isn't favorable. I fear that the regen would be too low and be useless, just takeing up another spot in your skill bar. Uusually I manage to get my Wilderness survival up to 9 or 10 when focusing mainly on a second class, like the R/W builds I may run sometimes. 10 attributes in Wilderness Survival is what I run around with if not trapping so I'm more so used to that than an attribute set of 6.

Actually, the 3 skills are not for damage, but for the fast degen.
