Low on Energy? Gank a spirit!

Something I noticed earlier during the beta weekend was that nearly all my hits against spirits were criticals...I didn't know why this was, but it was very easy to kill them. It also boosted my energy a lot. After reading the dagger faq I noticed something about how things with a lower level than you give you an improved chance to crit...no wonder it worked so well. So lets say that even with all the great energy regen you're getting with your amazing new Assassin build, you still manage to run out...and you need to recharge before closing in on your target...why not kill an enemy spirit? They'll go down quick to you, they'll stop helping them, and you'll be all fresh and ready for your next real opponent!

I believe its 2x chance to crit for every 5 levels the foe is below you.
