factions characters in areas pre-lion's arch?

i'm trying to get my assassin into yak's bend for a skill, but i can't seem to find a way back. i came online with my prophecies necromancer and ported to yak's bend and found a level 20 assassin there so i assume it's possible, so my question is how do you do it?

Lions Arch ---> North Kryta Province ----> Scoundrel's Rise ----> Griffon's Mouth ----> Deldrimor Bowl ----> Anvil Rock ----> Iron Horse Mine ----> Traveler's Vale ---> Yak's Bend

I might make a map to help you if you need it but you should be able to figure it out by yourself with one of the maps on this site.
