For 3...8 seconds, target foe cannot be the TARGET of Enchantments.
Instead it stops all enchantments, even untarget ones, such as divine boon and aegis from being cast. To match its ingame effect, it should read: ...for cannot be enchanted or cast enchantment which enchant that foe.
This is easily compared to Mark of Subversion:
For 4...9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a Spell that TARGETS an ally of that foe, the Spell fails and you steal up to 10...76 Health from that foe.
and Shame:
For 4...9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell that TARGETS an ally, the spell fails and you steal 5...12 Energy from that foe and Shame ends.
Neither one trigger off of divine boon, Aegis, or any spell that doesnt list Target in the description.
This may be its intended function and its worded wrong, or its bugged, either way somethings not right with it.
